Hello! I am an accounting Ph.D. candidate on the 2024 - 2025 job market. Before pursuing a Ph.D., I graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and M.Acc. from Brigham Young University, and have experience working as a finance manager in the nonprofit sector.

I am interested in the fields of management accounting and behavioral economics. My research examines how manager use information to make decisions about employees, as well as the implications of those decisions. Specific topics include job promotion decisions, performance measure weighting, incentive contracts, and equity and inclusion in management control systems.
